This role ensures cost‑effective purchasing, supplier performance, contract compliance, and alignment with global supply chain strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, negotiation skills, and experience with international suppliers.
Location
U.S. (Sunnyvale, CA – 501 Mercury Drive) – Onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sourcing activities, including identifying qualified suppliers, soliciting bids, and evaluating proposals.
- Execute purchase orders, track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain procurement records, pricing data, supplier scorecards, and compliance documentation.
- Support procurement strategy by optimizing cost, quality, delivery performance, and supply continuity.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and long‑term agreements with strategic suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Analyze market trends, currency fluctuations, lead times, and supply risks; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Drive process improvements aligned with corporate procurement policies.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP for procurement processes.
This role includes the responsibilities outlined above as well as other duties as reasonably assigned to support business needs and operational priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–7 years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and vendor‑management skills.
- Experience with global procurement strategies and cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (trade, import/export, ESG).
- Experience in high‑tech or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Preferred expertise in Microsoft Dynamics purchasing and supply chain modules.
