+ Experience in managing and executing recurring operational processes with attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in financial systems, project management software (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, Oracle Primavera), and excellent Google Sheets skills.

+ Understanding of capital expenditure (Cap Ex) management, project financial life cycles, and cost control principles.

+ Ability to work effectively with teams across different regions and functions.

The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google's culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley work spaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative work spaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $164000 - $239000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

** Responsibilities*
* + Lead a team of senior Googlers, directors, and consultants to deliver fluid project solutions.

+ Oversee all public-facing social infrastructure components, including retail, housing, arts, and public benefit strategies.

+ Develop key performance indicators and own change initiatives to improve processes and optimize business performance.

+ Manage general contractor and vendor performance during construction by reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leading data-driven change.

+ Communicate team governance direction across broad audiences and manage complex conversations from document control to file management.
