Seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager / Logistics Associate III to oversee the end-to-end purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring efficient movement of materials from procurement through final delivery. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between procurement teams, suppliers, and logistics operations to maintain visibility, resolve issues proactively, and support critical supply chain initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global logistics, supply chain operations, and procurement management within hardware, manufacturing, or robotics environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle, from PO creation through final delivery, ensuring timely execution and proactive issue resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with procurement, suppliers, freight partners, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless material flow.
  • Monitor supplier performance, identify delivery risks, and drive timely resolutions to prevent supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead logistics initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing lead times, and optimizing supply chain processes.
  • Manage strategic logistics projects, including supplier onboarding, transportation optimization, warehouse improvements, and support for new product programs.
  • Maintain accurate shipment and PO tracking reports while providing regular updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and enhance supply chain visibility.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, import/export regulations, and international shipping requirements for hardware components.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or operations management.
  • Proven experience managing purchase orders and procurement workflows from initiation through delivery.
  • Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, robotics, or other complex supply chain environments.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics, customs, and import/export processes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities with experience tracking logistics performance metrics.
  • ** Experience with supply chain and logistics platforms such as Oracle, Oracle GTM, Salesforce, or SQL.
  • ** Experience managing Asia-to-North America supply chains.
  • ** Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and logistics optimization practices.
