This role drives strategic product management for a robotic general surgery portfolio, leading cross‑functional teams and major business initiatives to deliver innovative and compliant products.
EssentialJob Duties
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company and market needs.
- Oversee new product development, commercial launch, and lifecycle management.
- Lead cross‑functional teams for complex project execution (technical, regulatory, business).
- Ensure department adherence to global regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR, ISO).
- Forecast and manage portfolio budgets, performance metrics, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and develop managers and team members in product management best practices.
- Represent product management in executive forums and strategic initiatives.
- Lead major complaint investigations, recalls, or field actions as needed.
- Champion continuous improvement and process harmonization.
- Analyze and respond to market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
- Minimum 10 years experience in product management with a bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
