We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large scale commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout for an established electrical construction firm in the Bay Area.

This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who can take full ownership of project execution, financial performance, and client relationships.

• Oversee multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability
• Lead procurement, subcontractor management, and scheduling
• Serve as primary contact for GCs, owners, and stakeholders
• Drive change order strategy, documentation, and contract compliance
• Mentor field teams and support design build collaboration

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Strong background in power and lighting systems
• Proven experience managing project financials and client relationships
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• $95,000 to $155,000 base depending on experience

This is an in office role based in Sunnyvale with site travel as needed.
