Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

• Lead AI transformation to shape TPM best practices
• Plan and execute large-scale technical programs

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area; OR 8 years’ experience in those areas
• Extensive experience in program management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation for large-scale, complex technical initiatives
• Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration across multiple work streams
• Proficiency in systems thinking and technical expertise in software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and service management frameworks
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders, manage expectations, and deliver program updates
• Analytical problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach
• Ability to develop scalable, repeatable processes and improve operational excellence
• Preferred:
  Certification in Project Management
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design
