We are seeking a program manager to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects that support the Technical Infrastructure and Google Cloud teams. You will coordinate cross‑functional efforts, manage schedules, identify risks, and ensure successful production transitions for hardware and data center operations.
Responsibilities- Lead cross‑functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners (material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
- Drive cross‑functional teams to optimize the supply chain while accounting for risks, schedule changes, or demand shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
- Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations, knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly, and test processes welcomed.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or other relevant field (preferred).
- Experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects (preferred).
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000‑$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only; they do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
