Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Manufacturing Analyst based out of Sunnyvale, CA. We seek a Principal Manufacturing Analysts who use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and acts as the production focal point for management of the bill of materials and production planning within the Mission Systems What you will get to do:
* The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Other duties may include:
* Performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas, including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

** Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control OR Master's Degree with 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control (An additional 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control may be considered in lieu of a degree)
* Ability to work any shift depending on business needs
* Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
* US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience with spare parts management and reporting
* Experience in an engineering environment
