• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience driving programs in cloud infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience with advanced planning system or enterprise resource planning (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis), with analysis using SQL.
• Experience in demand planning or forecasting, including multi‑ echelon planning in a hardware/electronics supply chain.

• 8 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
• Experience working with or managing supply chain operations for on‑premise/hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions.

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $174,000–$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Lead consensus demand planning, generating statistical forecasts and integrating cross‑functional input to create a single, unbiased plan.
• Manage the complete hardware life‑cycle demand, including New Product Introduction (NPI), transitions, and end‑of‑life/service parts forecasting.
