As a Digital Print Production Operator
, you will be responsible for job setup and printing using digital printers. You will be in charge of calibrating printers and color‑matching projects against our client's Pantone colors or previous jobs. Your duties also involve bindery tasks which may include cutting, folding, and stuffing envelopes. You will manage the service and maintenance of the machines as needed. This includes printing on both large format and small format.

Large format consists of posters, vehicle wraps, wall murals, etc., and small format has books, business cards, and product brochures.

• Operate digital commercial printers using Fiery & Onyx Command Workstation.
• Impose and nest files for print.
• Work with Center Manager and other production members to prioritize and manage daily job production.
• Produce orders accurately, efficiently, and quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Update job status and location in MIS system.
• Run a proof copy and compare it to the work order.
• Control waste and redos by quality‑checking jobs as they are being produced.
• Complete Quality Assurance documents for all printed jobs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform all required maintenance and learn extended maintenance from the technician.
• Calibrate and manage all color devices as required to maintain color consistency.
• Monitor color consistency during all print runs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Digital printing experience preferred.
• Ability to organize several activities and tasks concurrently.
• Capability to perform basic bindery functions.
• Graphic design skills are a plus but not necessary.
• Customer service experience is a plus but not necessary.
