Assemblers in this role should demonstrate strong technical skills, the ability to follow procedures, eagerness to learn, and a team‑first attitude.

Temp to hire position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble, test, and inspect medical devices according to documented procedures.
  • Adhere to our quality management system.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize assembly processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Support demo product manufacturing and procurement.
  • Support calibration and preventative maintenance program on all production equipment.
  • Perform labeling and final packaging of finished goods devices, following released work instructions.
  • Maintain material controls and perform material cycle counts as needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support shipping & receiving activities.
  • Support cycle counts and stocking efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Required Experience
  • Minimum High School Diploma.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Clean room experience required.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferably related to catheter assembly, ceramic dicing, wire bonding, or laser welding.
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proficient with the use of standard medical device equipment.
  • Team‑Oriented:
    Works well with others, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Flexible availability:
    Must be willing to work varied schedules as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.

Salary Range

$29.00/hr*

* Base pay is one part of your total compensation. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to your experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and market alignment.
