Note:
This role requires being onsite daily (Mon - Fri) in our Sunnyvale, CA location.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, now or in the future. This role is not eligible for relocation.
You will…- Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
- Conducting quality checks on the functionality of parts and components.
- Collaborating with other departments such as Manufacturing Engineering or Quality to complete builds on time.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products.
- Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
- Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
- Maintain inventory of job materials.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to excel in a self-directed work setting and react to changing customer demands.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- High sense of urgency with a focus on maximizing safety, uptime & quality.
- Eagerness and willingness to grow professionally and learn new skills to advance within the role and company.

At Carbon, we look at the person holistically and carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining salary. The compensation bracket for this position is $26.32 - $37.64 per hour. In order to maintain equitable internal pay practices, we aim to hire new employees near the midpoint of $30.29 to 33.32 per hour, taking into account your experience, work location, certifications, and the unique skills you bring to the role.
