Our Production Scheduling Team in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Level 3 Production Scheduler to join our mission. In this role, you'll own the production schedules for various programs in the Sunnyvale Product Centers. This includes developing a plan with cross functional stakeholders and driving the team to hit cost and schedule. This role will also assist the shop in long range capacity and demand strategic conversations.

• Build detailed master production schedules (MPS) based on project scope, capacity, and material availability.
• Continuously update schedules to reflect changes in demand, resource constraints, or engineering revisions.
• Align project schedules with supply chain, tooling, and workforce plans.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers to gather status updates, milestone completions, and change requests.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings (e.g., weekly “schedule syncs”) with cross functional teams.
• Provide clear, concise schedule reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, tools, and data flows.

• 3+years of scheduling or production planning experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar)
• Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Project
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

• Active Secret security clearance
• 5+ years of scheduling or production planning experience in manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar)
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with resource planning and leveling of overallocated resources
• Experience tracking metrics for adherence to schedule
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $90600.00 - $168200.00
