Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part Time | NOC Shift | $40–$45/hr- weekends Saturday and Sunday
Location:
Sunnyvale Post Acute – Sunnyvale, CA Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. We are a resident-focused skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for both staff and residents.
Position Details
* Role:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
* Schedule:
Part-time;
* weekends - Saturday Sunday need
** Shift: NOC Shift (Overnight)
* Compensation: $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
* Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan
* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident health
* Document assessments, interventions, and observations per facility policies
* Build strong, supportive relationships with residents and their families
What We’re Looking For
* Current, valid California LVN license
* Current CPR/BLS certification
* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
* Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and reliability
* A positive, resident-centered attitude
* Supportive leadership and team culture
* Well‑staffed facility with a strong commitment to quality care
* Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired
