Certified Nursing Assistant​/Home Health Aide

Overview

At Suncrest Hospice our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating resources to increase staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. We are CHAP certified and committed to high-quality patient and family care.

• Part-Time, every Saturday 6:00am–2:30pm (flexible with start time)
• The Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) works under the direction of a Case Manager/DON and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management
• Coordinate the proper types of care with other licensed care staff, following all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines
• Work closely with patients on a 1-to-1 basis while collaborating with a patient care team

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state(s) of practice
• CPR certification
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis; also able to work well within a team

• Pay Range $23.00–$28.00 per hour
