Qc Analytical Associate Manager

Our client, a global leader in advanced materials and precision manufacturing, is seeking a QC Analytical Associate Manager to elevate and lead their analytical quality control operations. We are seeking a candidate with hands‑on experience in HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
) and general chromatography techniques, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data analysis.

• Leading safety, audit readiness, and compliance efforts across the QC Analytical group
• Managing analytical tools, equipment downtime, and business continuity planning
• Driving strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for QC operations
• Monitoring KPIs and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize lab performance
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing QC engineers and analysts to strengthen team capability

• A BS/MS in Chemistry, Materials Science,
  Chemical Engineering
  , Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Leadership experience in semiconductor QC is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GLPs, ISO standards, SPC/SQC, cleanroom protocols, and safety practices
• Proficiency with LIMS, XML, and JMP, plus experience with audits and cross‑functional collaboration
• Your strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills will support a high‑performing QC team
