Job Description:

As a Senior QA Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the quality, stability, performance, and usability of AR/VR/XR products throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, UX teams, and release managers to ensure high-quality product delivery.

The successful candidate will develop comprehensive test plans, execute functional and automation testing, manage defect triage processes, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives. The role requires strong programming skills, operating system expertise, and experience testing immersive technology platforms in fast-paced development environments.

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases for XR applications.
• Execute manual and automated testing across AR, VR, and XR platforms.
• Identify, document, reproduce, and track software defects.
• Participate in bug triage meetings and support defect prioritization activities.
• Validate application functionality, usability, performance, and stability.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve software quality and testing processes.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Analyze test results and provide quality recommendations.
• Support release validation and post-release quality assurance activities.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Create detailed testing documentation and quality reports.

• 8+ years of software quality assurance and testing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience testing AR, VR, or XR solutions.
• Expertise in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.
• Strong bug tracking and defect management experience.
• Programming experience with Python (preferred).
• Experience with C++, Java, or other development languages.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycles and best practices.
