Job Description
Pay Range: $64/hr - $75/hr
- The Research Analyst – Biostatistics & Evidence Management will support evidence generation activities including systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and real-world evidence studies.
- The role requires strong statistical expertise, knowledge of PRISMA and Cochrane methodologies, and the ability to translate research findings into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute systematic literature reviews following PRISMA methods and Cochrane guidelines using review tools such as End Note, Rev Man, Ref Works, and Nested Knowledge.
- Perform meta-analyses using statistical software such as R.
- Conduct real‑world evidence (RWE) studies and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights.
- Present research findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and conference presentations in compliance with publication standards.
- Stay current with emerging methodologies and advancements in health outcomes research.
- Minimum 3 years of research experience in health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, outcomes research, or health services research.
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting systematic literature reviews using PRISMA and Cochrane guidelines.
- Experience using systematic review tools (End Note, Rev Man, Ref Works, Nested Knowledge).
- Intermediate proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or Python.
- Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Additional 3+ years of health research experience.
- Experience with real‑world data analysis and evidence generation.
- Background in health economics or comparative effectiveness research.
- Knowledge of current trends in health policy or health technology assessment.
- Familiarity with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
- Master’s degree in Health Policy, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Outcomes Research, Health Services Research, or a closely related field.
