We are seeking a reliable, motivated Cook to join our team and help uphold our commitment to service and quality.
Position Overview As a Cook, you will prepare meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring accuracy, quality, and safety in every dish served. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured kitchen environment and takes pride in supporting resident well‑being.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook meals following facility recipes and dietary requirements
* Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies
* Ensure all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines are followed
* Assist with food prep for upcoming meals
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
* Collaborate with dietary staff to support smooth meal service Qualifications
* Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
* Ability to work early mornings and/or evenings as scheduled
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
* Positive attitude, dependability, and strong teamwork skills
