This is a client-focused design and sales career with strong earning potential, backed by a well-established brand and proven systems. You’ll meet directly with homeowners, guide them through solutions, and manage projects from consultation to close. • 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Home improvement or in-home sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using computers and design tools
• Coachable, motivated, and reliable
• Passion for working with clients and creating solutions
