Position: Strategic Growth Lead for BFSI & Tech Markets

Business Development Professionals – Mid West (Chicago IL & Detroit MI)

Full‑time position. Start – ASAP. Salary – negotiable.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Build a funnel, close business with limited brand and reference support.
    • Achieve annual billed revenue target of $1.5 million.
    • Develop a business plan to identify market segments and Go‑to‑Market strategy.
    • Collaborate with inside‑sales support to generate qualified prospects for BFSI services.
    • Structure deals and negotiate with clients.
  • Skills / Knowledge

    Required:

    • Communicate value proposition at CXO level.
    • Conduct competitive analysis and refine sales toolkit.
    • Self‑starter who works independently in a target‑driven environment.
    • Entrepreneurial initiative and strong drive for results.
    • Leverage contacts/network to create pipeline.
    • Strong work ethic, team‑oriented, detail oriented.
    • Understand client needs and propose proactive solutions.
  • Vertical Specific

    Skills:

    • BFSI: Deep domain knowledge of BFSI IT services (private, retail, correspondent banking);
      Basel, AML, EAI services.
    • CPG/R: Deep domain knowledge of CPG/Retail IT services; SCM, ERP, RFID trends.
    • T&H: Deep domain knowledge of Travel & Hospitality IT services; emerging technologies.
  • Qualifications &

    Certifications:

    • BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
    • MBAs in Marketing preferred.
    • 8–10 years experience in solution selling in BFSI across East or West markets.
    • Prior offshore/outsourcing experience.
    • Consistently closed >$1 million in the last 3 years.
    • Prepared domain white papers; interacted at CIO/CXO level.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proof of legal work authorization and two recent professional references.
    • Sign a non‑compete if shortlisted.

  • Experience:
    • 7–10 years in IT outsourcing services sales with proven track record.
    • 3–6 years US experience desired.
    • Experience with CMM Level 4/5 consultancies and offshore setups a plus.

    • Excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
    • Willing to travel extensively.
    • Provide two professional references and proof of work authorization if shortlisted.
BDM – VLSI/FPG&A – West Coast (San Jose, CA)
