The Membership Specialist will provide a welcoming, informative, and entertaining experience for all members and guests.;
Drive potential members into the gym to deliver exceptional customer service to both guests and current members.;
Book membership appointments through productive phone activities and meet monthly appointment goals.;
Ensure 100% of guests are presented the Fitness Tour during gym tours as outlined in the Membership Specialist Playbook.;
Follow up with enrolled members to ensure we are exceeding expectations.;
Assist in maintaining a clean and operational facility.
