The Territory Sales Associate is responsible for helping drive profitable growth through new customer acquisition, opportunity development, and territory expansion. Working closely with Territory Sales Managers, Product Managers, Distribution Partners, and Technical Teams, this individual will identify prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and build relationships that lead to new business growth.

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly motivated, and energized by finding and pursuing new opportunities. They enjoy asking questions, learning about customer applications, and engaging with technical decision-makers. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a future Territory Sales Manager or Strategic Account Manager.

• Territory Development & Prospecting
• Identify and target new customers, applications, and market opportunities within assigned territory, leading manufacturing reps and distribution partners.
• Develop prospecting plans using industry research, Linked In, Salesforce, distribution networks, and market intelligence.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with engineering, procurement, operations, and business decision-makers.

• Qualify customer needs and identify opportunities for Qnity materials and solutions.
• Support customer evaluations, sample requests, product trials, and qualification activities.
• Conduct sales presentations and introductory meetings with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to develop customer‑specific solutions.
• Drive opportunities through the sales process from prospecting to commercial engagement.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships across assigned accounts.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual customer visits.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through responsiveness and follow‑up.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to identify evolving needs and future opportunities.
• Support customer retention and account expansion efforts.

• Support development and execution of territory growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and account records in Salesforce.
