Security Representative Sr, Security Integrator

Description

This position requires Final Secret clearance with ability to attain Top Secret clearance. Functions as the Security Representative/Security Integrator for a Category AA facility and reports to the Facility Security Officer (FSO). Provides multi‑disciplined security support for various programs at the Sunnyvale, CA facility and associated off‑sites.

• Maintains compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and sensitive information.
• Knowledge of and implementation of the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule.
• Drives innovation to consolidate administrative tasks and digitally transforms security operations.
• Supports all contractual security requirements for DoD collateral classified programs.
• May be responsible for multiple facets of security operations such as physical security, visitor control, document control, classification management, personnel security, security investigations, developing and delivering security briefings, self‑inspections, risk identification/mitigation and other tasks as required.

• Final Secret clearance with ability to attain Top Secret clearance.
• 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule.
• Industrial security experience.
• Experience with administration and integration of projects.
• Interfaced with external customers/agencies.
• Must be available to respond after hours and be on call.

• Knowledge of Government Security program for NISPOM‑related activities including international operations, DD‑254 management, personnel and physical security program management.
• Demonstrated experience in Operational Security (OPSEC) and Counterintelligence.
• In‑depth knowledge of Government Security Databases (DISS, NISS).
• Demonstrated success with multiple government agencies inspections.
• Project management experience.

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.

Ability to work remotely:
Onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work schedule:

Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week to condensed schedules that provide additional time away from the office.

Schedule for this position: 9×80 every other Friday off.

Pay Rate: $69,900 – $123,280 in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas) or $80,400 – $139,380 in major metropolitan areas.
