Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is looking for you to join Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support the Pricing and Estimating team. The preferred location for this on-site position is Woodland Hills, CA, but this can also be staffed in San Diego, CA or Sunnyvale, CA.
What You’ll Get to Do:Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain procedures and recommend best practices, tools, and other resources to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements impacting our Estimating System.
- Develop and implement impactful program initiatives, communications, and training designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies and pricing best practices.
- Investigates and resolves compliance questions received from the Pricing & Estimating organization, other functions, and government regulatory agencies.
The position will provide support and leadership to other campuses across Mission Systems related to audit and self-assessment activities while supporting various government visibility reporting. In addition, the successful candidate will assist with and participate in other compliance related efforts to continually strive for sector wide functional best practices. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple complex matters, be detail-oriented, be an effective and collaborative communicator, and a strategic thinker.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory, compliance, pricing and estimating, or a related function (i.e. DCAA or DCMA audit, etc.) OR a Master’s Degree plus 3 years of experience.
- Experience using FAR and DFAR.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Working experience with Northrop Grumman Policies and Procedures.
- A current/active U.S. Government Secret clearance
