Must have at minimum one year of recent corporate security supervisor experience, preferably two years. A state security license and 32‑hour BSIS security trainings are required (additional trainings may be obtained during the hiring process).

• Plan supervisory operations such as training new officers, conducting post checks, and scheduling to ensure the site has zero dark posts.
• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Supervise day‑to‑day security service and maintain the highest standards, representing Garda World as a premier provider of security services.
• Respond promptly to operational emergencies, ensuring timely response, accurate communication, and reporting.
• Direct, supervise, and support shift officers.
• Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders accurately.
• Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients and employees; act as liaison between Garda World, the client, and assigned staff.
• Maintain a zero‑incident safety goal while fostering a robust safety culture and program.
• Handle corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and participate in disciplinary decisions up to and including termination.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Supervise and manage employees on your shift at the assigned job site.
• Maintain a professional relationship with the client at the assigned site.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Minimum 21 years old.
• At least one year of recent corporate security supervisor experience, preferably two years.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
