Schedule:
Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) - Competitive hourly wage of $25 per hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

- Plan supervisory operations such as training new officers, conducting post checks, and scheduling to ensure the site has zero dark posts.
- Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
- Manage access control.
- Supervise day‑to‑day security service and maintain the highest standards, representing Garda World as a premier provider of security services.
- Respond promptly to operational emergencies, ensuring timely response, accurate communication, and reporting.
- Direct, supervise, and support shift officers.
- Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders accurately.
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients and employees; act as liaison between Garda World, the client, and assigned staff.
- Maintain a zero‑incident safety goal while fostering a robust safety culture and program.
- Handle corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and participate in disciplinary decisions up to and including termination.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Supervise and manage employees on your shift at the assigned job site.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client at the assigned site.
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Answer questions in person or by phone.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
- State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security trainings.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 21 years old.
- At least one year of recent corporate security supervisor experience, preferably two years.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency with basic phone and computer skills.
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience preferred.
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
