Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff following site-specific procedures and policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity or access issues;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned locations to support authorized access and report suspicious behavior;
Complete routine reports and document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly;
Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with property management or emergency personnel when appropriate
