The GSOC Intelligence & Operations Supervisor serves as a frontline leader within the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), responsible for supervising GSOC Intelligence & Operations Analysts and ensuring the effective execution of real‑time monitoring, incident response, and situational awareness functions. Operating in a 24/7 mission‑critical environment, the Supervisor acts as a tactical coordinator for security operations during their shift—balancing operational duties with personnel oversight, quality control, and communication with internal stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of situational awareness, sound decision‑making under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining high service delivery standards. The Supervisor ensures adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supports the GSOC Intelligence & Operations Manager in achieving operational goals across global security operations. This position is located at a client site in Sunnyvale, CA.
Depending on experience, Securitas will offer an hourly rate of $42.00 - $45.00 per hour, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- 3–5 years of experience in a GSOC, security operations center, or similar security environment.
- Prior leadership experience (formal or informal), such as supervising teams or managing shift operations.
- Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to incidents, assess risk, and coordinate operational responses.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey information to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using security systems and platforms (e.g., Lenel, Milestone, Dataminr, Ontic, Onsolve).
