Independently determine and perform corrective action for operation of plant HVAC systems;
Rework, service, maintain refrigerant equipment, HVAC control systems, troubleshoot and repair chillers, cooling towers, hot water boilers and air handling systems;
Use tools, test equipment, software patches and diagnostics to facilitate operational status;
Operate automated controls and software and computerized equipment to locate and check out repairs;
Work with other crafts, engineers, vendors to assist in design correction and operational inequities of industrial office building and clean room HVAC systems
