• Maintenance Supervisor
  :
  Oversees overall upkeep, safety, and mechanical integrity of hospitality properties. Supervises maintenance activity across guestrooms, public areas, grounds and equipment. Performs and supervises maintenance under limited supervision. Troubleshoots and repairs HVAC, refrigeration, lights and other equipment. Ensures all repairs meet standards for tiles, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
• Maintenance Technician / Tech II
  :
  Executes maintenance, repair, and security tasks for building operations. Maintains HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, lighting, and other systems. Works day and night shifts, weekends and holidays as required.

• Maintain mechanical systems for safety and operational efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, and lighting equipment.
• Repair and maintain tiles, plumbing and other building infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for all building, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist management in meeting interior and exterior maintenance goals.

Hourly rates range from $22.00 to $44.29 depending on experience, position, and shift scheduling.

• Experience as a maintenance technician or supervisor.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
