Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairs or replacement of restroom fixtures and locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance, workstation assembly and other tasks not requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman;
Readily takes direction from Facility Manager and Facility Coordinator;
Willingly supports Building Maintenance Technicians upon requests;
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs;
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems
