Installs, maintains, monitors, and repairs all HVAC systems in assigned telecommunication facilities;
Completes preventive maintenance tasks including coil cleaning, filter and belt changes, lubricating bearings/motors, and conducting operational tests;
Responds to emergency calls to analyze and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and building related problems;
Operates building management system to troubleshoot HVAC and maintain energy efficiency and power utilization targets;
Keeps detailed records of assignments and maintenance history in Computerized Maintenance Management System
