Desired qualifications:- Valid California SLPA license required
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly school-based and preschool settings
- Skilled in teletherapy, evaluation, and treatment of communication and language needs
- Familiar with best practices for both in-person and teletherapy services
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred for broader communication with school community
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively consult with educators, families, and other professionals
- Conduct evaluations, provide targeted interventions, and maintain organized documentation for assigned preschoolers
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and school staff to develop and implement individualized student support plans
- Offer consultative services as the speech-language needs of students evolve
- Stay current with best practices and actively participate in professional development as needed
