Crowd Strike is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a passion for quality specializing in Web UI test automation. We’re looking for smart people who want to be challenged to take ownership of what they build and work in an environment where quality is the company culture. As a UI SDET, you will be working closely with Quality Assurance Engineers and UI Engineers across teams within the NG-SIEM Product Group to ensure optimal testing and release of the highest quality product.

UI SDETs at Crowd Strike may be required to help build frameworks, libraries, and tooling used for testing our UI. UI SDETs will be responsible for creating automated end-to-end UI tests for our Falcon product. All our UI SDETs will help drive innovation, inspiration, and the future of product testing. • Conduct ‘manual’ / Exploratory Testing using a risk-based approach.

• Automate test processes for speed, reproducibility, scalability and reporting.

• Build elegant, robust, and reliable solutions for complex technical problems.

• Review engineering technical design documents and requirements. Work with Engineering to create plans and strategies about how and where to build in testability.

• Build reliable and easily consumed tools, frameworks, and environments for yourself and peers to build upon.

• Contribute to existing tools, frameworks and related solutions.

• Increase and improve our automated test coverage.

• Deliver and accept feedback with grace and courtesy.

• Collaborate with UI Engineering on determining the root cause of issues and adding automation quality improvements to prevent future problems.
