Overview
Akkodis is seeking a Software Engineer II for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA (Remote). Candidate must have strong capability in building software solutions for large‑scale machine learning datasets.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $63/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities- Develop scalable software pipelines to curate and process large machine learning datasets from multiple data sources.
- Create backend services that improve data exploration, retrieval, and accessibility across curated datasets.
- Design data‑visualization solutions such as videos and 3D assets to enhance clarity and reduce rendering costs.
- Optimize data‑processing workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of machine‑learning datasets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate curated datasets into broader ML and software systems.
- Troubleshoot issues across data pipelines and visualization tools to maintain high system performance.
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-7 Years of experience required.
- Must have strong proficiency in building data‑processing pipelines for large machine‑learning datasets.
- Candidate will have hands‑on capability in developing backend services and creating data‑visualization assets such as videos and 3D representations.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $63.00 per hour
