You Are:You are an experienced software engineer skilled in C++ and large-scale architecture. You thrive in collaborative teams, lead by example, and deliver robust software solutions for engineering applications. You’re passionate about best practices, problem-solving, and mentoring others.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Design and implement core software components and algorithms.
- Lead architecture and development of high-performance modules.
- Document best practices and mentor team members.
- Drive technical reviews and maintain software quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve QA and customer support issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product requirements.
You Will Have:
- Advance simulation product capabilities.
- Set new standards for software quality and performance.
- Empower teams with best practices and architectural excellence.
- Deliver innovative features for global engineering challenges.
- Support Synopsys’ leadership in high-tech software.
- BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience architecting software systems.
- Expertise in C++, Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Software Design.
- Strong debugging and development process skills.
- Experience with Windows/Linux environments and version control (GIT).
- Collaborative and communicative leader.
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven.
- Proactive, adaptable, and innovative.
