• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Mongo
  
  DB, Cassandra, HP Vertica, Elastic Search, Apache Solr, Couchbase
• Expertise troubleshooting complex OS, database, network configuration, and application server issues
• Experience with continuous delivery systems using Git and Jenkins (branching, tagging, code merging strategies)
• Proficient with APIs and service‑oriented architectures
• Understanding of packet sniffing tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump
• Strong knowledge of front‑end and back‑end web technologies (HTTP, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS)
• Influential in architecture and design decisions (thread pools, caching policies, memory allocations, connection pooling, performance tuning)
• Evangelize Dev Ops best practices and mentor engineers and contractors
• Experience with architectural principles and frameworks (MVC, Spring, Hibernate)
• Experience with distributed caching solutions
• Profound insights into Java and JEE internals (class loading, memory management, transaction management)
• Experience with test‑driven development
• Design and develop features and functionality
• Object‑oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Understanding of established software development life cycles
• Ability to prioritize and multi‑task to meet deadlines
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
• Fundamental understanding of web‑based systems programming and development
• Comfortable working with agile methodology and tools
• A team player who works effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to learn and use new technologies
• Experience in troubleshooting system issues
• Socket programming in C and Java
