We are seeking an energetic and self-driven software engineer with a solid understanding of web technologies. As a key member of our software team, you write, maintain and debug software for all front end solutions used by Apple to provide the world class support and service experience to its customers across channels.

The CRM Support Engineering Solutions team builds solutions to enable Apple to provide award-winning customer support & service through state-of-the-art front end applications. The Support Engineering Solutions team is looking for a highly motivated and skillful engineer to work with modern web application technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and related frameworks and libraries.

Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality, stable software are essential. To be successful, you must be a self-starter who can take large challenges and break them down into smaller, actionable tasks. You should also have strong collaboration skills, systems thinking, and the ability to build for scale and succession, with a keen eye for user interaction and user experience.

You enjoy pushing the envelope, leveraging AI-assisted coding and automation to accelerate development, testing, and code review, while developing innovative solutions to complex problems. • BS degree in computer science or information management, or equivalent technical degree or experience

• General knowledge of web development best practices around accessibility, performance and production monitoring
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
