• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Clover's business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of deep Java development.
• 3+ years of Spring Boot experience.
• 4+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
• 3+ years of SQL database experience.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline and Dev Ops practice experience.
• 3+ years of Agile methodology experience.
• 6+ years of an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
• 1+ year of working with AI platforms.

• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with AI platforms.
