GFiber is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to lead the design and deployment of next-generation agentic systems and LLM-powered platforms. This role bridges cutting‑edge AI architecture and scalable cloud infrastructure, focusing on AI‑driven product features, agentic platforms, and automated Dev Ops for AI workflows.

• Internal AI Developer Platform (IDP):
  Architect and build self‑service APIs, SDKs, and Terraform modules abstracting complex GCP AI services (Vertex AI, Agent Engine, Model Garden).
• Enterprise Model Gateways:
  Design unified routing layers for rate‑limiting, load balancing, failovers, and telemetry to enable seamless model swapping.
• RAG Pipelines:
  Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines grounded in internal policies and documentation.
• MLOps & Deployment:
  Oversee microservice deployment using GKE, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Build to ensure scalable AI performance.
• Architecture:
  Utilize advanced prompt engineering and LLM stacks to optimize enterprise workflows.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  
  8+ years in SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and enterprise application support (as an individual contributor or Lead).
• Platform Engineering: 5+ years as a Senior Platform Engineer, with recent years focused on architecting/scaling enterprise AI infrastructure (multi‑agent systems, A2A, MCP).
• Cloud & IaC: 5+ years of hands‑on public cloud and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience.
• Languages & Tools:
  Proficiency in Python, Java, and GCP tools (GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, GCS). Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and cloud automation technologies.

• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience optimizing standalone and distributed applications for performance.
• Experience with multi‑cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

US Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $205,500 + bonus + cash award + benefits.
