The Factory

AI team builds agents that automate manufacturing workflows from business requirements through new product introduction deployment. This role focuses on designing and deploying AI/ML‑driven automation solutions, including robotic control, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and computer vision for quality assurance.

• Design scalable AI/ML solutions (C#, C, C++, Python); build agents that transform business requirements into automation sequences for multi‑DOF robotic stations.
• Deploy agentic workflows for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and adaptive process control.
• Integrate computer vision and deep learning for AOI, defect classification, and quality assurance.
• Build agentic AI leveraging VLM, VLA, and multi‑agent frameworks to plan, execute, and monitor manufacturing tasks.
• Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing line performance; perform root‑cause analysis.
• Scale solutions in partnership with Contract Manufacturers.
• Document code and specifications; serve as U.S. manufacturing software point of contact.
• Define a 3‑year automation roadmap incorporating AI/ML trends.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non‑internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) for new and existing systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ year of designing and developing large‑scale, multi‑tiered, multi‑threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ year of object‑oriented design experience.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience working with data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, and/or storage.

Base salary range: USD  –  annually.
