- - Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems solutions, preferably in financial services
- - Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock etc
- - Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
- - Hands-on experience on designing solutions using agentic frameworks like Lang Chain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel and Auto Gen.
- - Having experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns
- - Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP.
- - Proficiency in any of the software development languages Python, Java , C# etc.
- - Work Experience with cloud-based services and designing/building on the cloud, especially Azure;
- - Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Design and developing Agentic solutions.
- - Experience with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
