Overview
Hands‑on senior engineer working directly with Supply Chain customers and business stakeholders to deploy, customize, and scale solutions. Acts as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Deploy, customize, and optimize solutions in real‑world environments
- Lead architecture, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive enhancements
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor
- 8+ years in software engineering, solutions, or technical consulting
- Strong hands‑on coding and system design experience
- Experience using AI/GenAI, Automation, and tooling to solve business problems
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders or customers
- Proficiency in AI solutions, data engineering, and Python (e.g., Python, SQL, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Supply Chain procurement knowledge is beneficial
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Salary Range: $80,000–$140,000 a year
