Job Title
Proven experience in developing and deploying Agentic AI systems solutions, preferably in financial services
Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLMs, like LLaMA, OpenAI, Bedrock etc
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture
Hands-on experience on designing solutions using agentic frameworks like Lang Chain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel and Auto Gen.
Having experience in implementing AI Agent design patterns
Experience in implementing agent-to-agent communication frameworks and multi-agent task handling systems, Agents based on MCP
Proficiency in any of the software development languages Python, Java, C# etc
Work Experience with cloud-based services and designing/building on the cloud, especially Azure
Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Design and developing Agentic solutions
Experience with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
