Job DescriptionAs the IVR Developer you will work closely with Contact Center telephony (the communication and collaboration system used to manage inbound queries/outbound calls) to design, code, test, implement and support application software.
Qualifications- IVR development and configurations using Orchestration Designer
- Avaya Experience Portal configurations
- Java and SQL programming
- IVR Unit testing
- Unix Scripting
- Tomcat Administration
