- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role with leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex organization involving cross‑functional, or cross‑business projects.

US: $207,000 – $301,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable and robust infrastructure for modeling Google’s next‑generation server platforms.
- Work with other Team Leads (L5‑8), Product Managers, Cross‑Functional teams, and executives to identify missing modeling, security, rollout, and reliability related capabilities.
- Address ambiguous and complex technical challenges in representing and utilizing hardware models, from early NPI concept through to production.
- Drive the long‑term technical vision and strategy for the UHM‑M ecosystem, ensuring components are well‑designed, maintainable, and meet evolving needs.
- Design and implement mechanisms to ensure the integrity, trustworthiness, and security of the model data life cycle, contributing to efforts like model notarization and verification as outlined in plans such as go/uhm‑m‑tca‑plan.
