What you'll do:

* Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.

* Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

* Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

* Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.

* Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.

* Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.

* Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and data-driven insights.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

* Strong experience in software development lifecycle management, encompassing coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.

* Proficiency in API design, software prototyping, and application of software design patterns for secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.

* Demonstrated ability to lead technical design reviews and deliver high-quality platform capabilities aligned with strategic roadmaps.

* Skilled in mentoring engineers, fostering technical growth, and promoting engineering excellence through continuous improvement.

* Experience integrating AI/ML components and driving data-driven decision making to solve complex problems.

* Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
