Collaborating closely, members analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement maintainable code using technologies like Spring Boot. Emphasizing quality through thorough testing and continuous integration, the team manages application maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to meet business and technical objectives. Committed to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, the team fosters innovation and operational excellence in software engineering while aligning efforts with organizational goals.

What you'll do:

* Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.

* Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

* Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

* Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.

* Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components using multiple programming languages.

* Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.

* Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements and optimize development processes using data-driven practices.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to build scalable and resilient systems.

* Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.

* Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.

* Ability to lead system design reviews and apply technical judgment to ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.

* Skilled in data-driven decision making to define metrics, optimize processes, and enhance engineering excellence.

* Demonstrated collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
