The team delivers dependable software solutions by combining expertise in software development, Dev Ops, and solution design. Collaborating closely, members analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement maintainable code using technologies such as Spring Boot. Emphasizing quality through thorough testing and continuous integration, the team manages application maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to meet business and technical objectives. Focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, the team drives innovation and operational excellence in software engineering while aligning efforts with organizational goals.

What you'll do:

* Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.

* Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

* Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

* Lead system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.

* Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features.

* Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and track success metrics.

* Continuously improve processes, tools, and products through innovation and data-driven practices.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

* Strong experience in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.

* Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Type Script, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.

* Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including CI/CD deployment, observability, and maintenance.

* Skilled in Dev Ops engineering practices and tooling to enhance engineering productivity and developer experience.

* Ability to apply data-driven decision making to define success metrics and optimize development processes.

* Experience conducting design reviews and driving engineering excellence through continuous improvement and error correction.
