Role- AI/ ML Java Developer

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise Java development.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures and algorithms
• Experienced in delivering advanced solutions for a multi‑tier, distributed web application with AWS knowledge and experience
• Knowledge in the Object Oriented concepts, Java programming language, including understanding of its syntax, core libraries, and features
• Good Understanding of LLM concepts (RAG, Prompting, Few Shot Prompting, SFT etc.)
• Experience in RAG Guardrails and Evaluation Processes—Good understanding of LLMOps, MLOps Architectures and Components
• Problem Solving and Statistical Concepts
• Experience in Tensor Flow, Keras, RASA, Lang Chain
• Hands‑on programming experience with Java and J2EE, Java‑11 related technologies such as Spring Framework, Spring Data, spring‑boot, RESTful Services, JUnit, TestNG
• Solid understanding of technologies such as Web Services, REST API, XML, JSON, HTTP, SSL, TCP/IP, caching solutions and application performance tuning
• Experience in developing applications that utilize relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and less structured data stores (No
  
  SQL)
• Experience in building low‑latency service APIs and data aggregation pipelines
• Ability to articulate the benefits of Test‑Driven Development and Continuous Integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills and the ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Self‑driven, possess good communication skills, and take ownership of project deliverables
• Have a keen eye for quality and a positive attitude toward work, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
